Manually operated valves are standard with expanding split gate design and non-rising stems. Fittings are provided for body lubrication, bearing lubrication and renewal of stem packing. The wedging action of the gate provides a positive mechanical gate seat seal on both the upstream and downstream sides of the valve.

The Anchor™ ESD system is a self-contained autonomous emergency shutdown system for wellhead wing and master valves equipped with pneumatic or hydraulic actuators. It includes a gate valve (any size), electrically-driven hydraulic pump and manifold actuator, and the industry’s premiere computer control system.

FRACTURING RELIEF VALVE

Safoco’s Fracturing Relief Valve (FRV) is the only relief valve on the market proven to reseal after a sand slurry relief event. The FRV provides full bore pressure relief and complete valve reclose in less than 5 seconds. This means that when screen-out conditions cause a spike in pressure, the FRV will reclose immediately and allow the operator to flush the line at a high pressure.
